Nailwake · policy draft

Terms

These proposed terms describe basic rules for using Nailwake, its public permit information, and its contractor plans. They are a draft for review and should be checked against the final service and applicable law.

Using Nailwake

These proposed terms cover the Nailwake website, contractor account, permit feed, and paid plans. By using the service, you agree to use it for lawful business purposes and to keep your account information current.

Keep your sign-in details private. Do not attempt to bypass account controls, interfere with the service, or access public records in a way the source does not allow.

Plans and billing

The plans page lists the current monthly prices: $99 for Single Metro and $249 for Pro. Each plan currently includes a 7-day free trial. Review the hosted checkout for the trial, renewal, and payment details before subscribing.

Subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown after the trial unless canceled. Use the account billing options to manage an active subscription and review the checkout details before confirming.

Permit information and limits

Nailwake organizes public permit filings to help contractors find records that may fit their work. A permit is not a request for bids, a confirmed project, or a promise of a job.

City records may be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or changed. Nailwake does not guarantee that a filing is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your business. Verify important details with the City before acting.

Nailwake uses the City dataset only when the source rules and terms allow. You must follow those terms and limits when using information from the service.

Contractor outreach

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to contact someone. A public permit filing is not consent to call, text, or email. Follow the laws and requirements that apply to your outreach, including consent, do-not-call, identification, and opt-out rules.

Service changes

Nailwake may update or pause parts of the service as its data access or product changes. The site may be unavailable from time to time. The permit sample will not substitute invented records when real eligible filings are unavailable.
